Born from a struggle to create without access to a creative or flow state, this method became a way back in—and has now evolved into a guided workshop. Welcome to Flow State, a guided workshop where you’ll learn how to release mental and emotional blocks so you can tap into your flow state more freely whenever you decide to. This was inspired by the in-person workshop at golden spiral (join one in San Diego if you are local to san diego!)

This workshop is grounded in the neuroscience of journaling and handwriting, using simple, guided practices that help your brain process emotion, reduce mental noise, and move into a more clear and receptive state—so you can access flow naturally, without force.
