ready for your next leather project? this 2-hour workshop is a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to leatherworking and also a fun next step if you’ve taken the leather journal workshop.
we’ll go a little deeper into leather construction basics than we do in the journal workshop, learning how to work with constructing multiple layers, create a simple design tailored to what you want, and ultimately put together your dream handmade card wallet!
you’ll get to choose from different leather options and personalize your wallet with fun hardware as you go, while learning techniques you can continue using in future leather projects.
no prior leatherworking experience is necessary! whether this is your first time working with leather or you’re continuing your leatherworking journey, this is a relaxed and approachable way to learn some new skills and make something you’ll actually use.
you’ll leave with a handmade leather card wallet, new skills, and hopefully the inspiration to keep making !
