This class is the final step in the Sewing Series and brings together everything you’ve learned across all four sessions.
You’ll focus on refining garment construction through more advanced techniques such as finishing details, structural adjustments, closures, and overall fit. This is where your piece begins to feel complete, intentional, and resolved.
The focus of this level is refinement and completion: understanding how to finish a garment with care, how small details change the entire feel of a piece, and how to bring your work to a finished state that feels cohesive and wearable.
You’ll be able to complete a small finished project if you decide to take only this class. If you decide to attend more in this series, you will be able to complete a more complex project such as a fully finished garment like a shirt with structure, collar, or closure details.
If you only take this class, you will complete a simplified garment project that focuses on finishing techniques and refining an already constructed piece.
You’ll leave with:
A fully completed project of your choice is included if you have taken multiple classes in the series, allowing you to build toward a more complex outcome over time.
If you choose to take only this class, and you already have a solid foundation in beginner sewing, you will complete a smaller, self-contained project that is designed to be finished within the allotted time during the session.
A deeper understanding of finishing, structure, and detail work
Confidence to independently construct and complete more complex clothing pieces
